Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of VISION, what you own, and what AI-generated output is and is not.
Last updated: 22 August 2026. Contracting entity, governing law and venue are being finalised and will be stated here before general availability.
1. Agreement
By creating a workspace or using VISION you agree to these terms. If you use VISION on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspaces, including that of users you invite.
- We may suspend access for security reasons, non-payment or breach of these terms.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful.
- Do not attempt to access other tenants' data, bypass rate limits or probe the platform's infrastructure.
- Do not use VISION to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful material.
- Do not resell, reverse engineer or scrape the service.
4. Your data and ownership
You retain all rights to the business content you provide and to the outputs generated for your workspace. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service. We claim no ownership of your strategy, evidence or documents.
5. AI output disclaimer
VISION produces decision support generated by AI models from the context and evidence you supply. Output may be incomplete or incorrect, and evidence classifications describe the strength of what supports a claim, not proof that the claim is true. VISION is not legal, financial, tax, medical or investment advice. All decisions remain yours, and you are responsible for reviewing output before acting on it.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-available basis during pre-general-availability. We may modify, add or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes to paid plans.
7. Fees
Paid plans, billing cycles, taxes and refund conditions will be described at the point of purchase and form part of these terms once a paid plan is available.
8. Termination
You may stop using VISION and delete your account at any time. On termination we delete or return workspace content in line with the Privacy Policy retention periods.
9. Warranties and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are not affected.
10. Governing law and disputes
Governing law and dispute venue will be stated here once the contracting entity is finalised. Until then, mandatory local law applies to users in the EU, UK, United States, MENA and South-East Asia.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to the contact address published on this site.
